Jerry’s Breakdown è un brano del cantautore e chitarrista statunitense Jerry Reed Hubbard, noto esponente del mondo musicale country americano. Come cantautore Reed ha scritto alcune note ballate ricevendo anche un premio Grammy Award nel 1972, ma è importante anche il suo apporto alla scena della chitarra fingerstyle country, genere nel quale stato un importante interprete assieme al grande Chet Atkins. Interessanti alcuni suo brani virtuosi come questo Jerry’s Breakdown che mostra un sapiente uso di posizioni arpeggiate con corde libere che rendono molto fluido e ritmico il fraseggio. Un brano di sicuro effetto da inserire nel proprio repertorio della chitarra fingerstyle acustica.
